.....23.08.2020 Approved application for a Modern Dwelling and Garage, Northern Ireland

FmK have received another Approval for a Modern, Contemporary Dwelling & Garage near Ballinderry, Coagh🏡 This one was a bit of a challenge with the brief looking to move the dwelling outside the site curtilage, into open field behind a forest, rather than in the centre of it, which would have made for a dark, gloomy, damp site.
We put our case together and received a straight approval for the new location, out in the open, south-facing area behind, so this beautiful, contemporary dwelling can bask in full glorious sunshine.. 😍🌞
