We recently submitted a planning application for a replacement dwelling and garage near Cullybackey.
The site is relatively restricted in size, so a compact design was needed to fit the site. This dwelling has a modern, open plan layout with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
As can be seen, we have gone for a traditional external appearance with natural stone and timber finishes, which will blend the house seamlessly into the surrounding countryside.
