....30.09.2020. FmK have just received another Planning Approval for a dwelling on a farm🙌🏻 This one was approved
on an out-farm outside Portaferry, away from the main farm, allowing the applicant to raise some
funds if required, without effecting the land around the main home-farm, excellent news!!🥳🤩

We have also been awarded a few new projects in the last few days, such as; An Extension to a
Dwelling in Ballymena, A new site for an Infill Dwelling near Portglenone, A new site for a Dwelling on a Farm near Clougher, and an Application for a new Farm lane/access🤯🤩🤩

We were also out and about this week looking at a few new jobs for home extensions, sun-room extensions, new farm shed/extension, replacement business unit/building, and a few applications for some new Glamping Pods😎😎
