...12.09.23 Great News for Farmers relating to Agri-Planning Applications!!
Back in May 2023, NIEA advised that “they are continuing to consider their standing advice on air pollution and agricultural developments and that as a result, a decision has been made to pause the issuing of ammonia planning advice pending the outcome of these considerations”.
This caused a serious delay on Agri-Planning Applications meaning any effected applications simply froze and came to an immediate halt!
Thankfully we can now confirm that this has now been lifted and any effected Applications can now proceed, as well as any new applications now being able to be lodged!
