The existing dwelling is to be demolished to make way for the new build which has been designed with the old one in mind with some similar features.

This new design gives a traditional look to the dwelling with some modern features such as full length glazing to the open plan kitchen / Dining to the rear

As with all our projects, this will be constructed to the FMK Low Energy Specification including high levels of insulation, fully airtight, thermal bridge elimination, MVHR and high performance glazing

The clients have also opted for an Air Source Heat Pump as the heating source. All these components will ensure low running costs for the house going into the future.
