This house is of traditional design at the front with a more modern twist to the rear overlooking the views.
This rear section extends out from the main front element of the house and comprises an open plan kitchen and living area which you step down into from the main hall.
The rear pation area also has a seating section covered over by the main roof giving a perfect place to relax on a summer evening.
This house has all our usual Low Energy design features such as high insulation levels, thermal bridge elimination, air tightness and high grade triple glazing. As the site is in an elevated position and exposed, these attributes will be essential to keep the heating bills down!!
