...15.11.2020 Here we have one of FmK’s commercial projects in Ballymena 👌
This was the refurbishment and refit of an old retail
shop in the town centre for our client McKinney’s Estate Agents.
This included, total remodelling of the ground floor which serves as the main customer area to create an inviting and comfortable area for the customers and staff.
There is also a one-to-one office with glazed screen looking out to the shop floor for private consultations with clients along with a refreshments area. The upper floors, which were a mix of storage for the old shop and living accommodation have been changed to private offices, staff toilets, a staff canteen and file storage rooms.
All in all, this tired and dilapidated building has been given a great face lift and looks every bit a modern commercial premises 😀
